Breakfast service quality was exceptional and delightful.
Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the rude staff who seemed unprepared to assist guests. Every request appeared to be a burden for them, which made my stay feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that despite the hotel being advertised as pet-friendly, staff were nervous around my dog, causing me considerable distress during my visit.

My stay was for a short transit visit, and I really enjoyed the central location. It was super convenient to explore nearby attractions like the CASCADE Water Park and Kreismuseum Bitburg-Prum within walking distance. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the parking was a huge advantage for my quick trip. I also appreciated the comfort of the room—it had a good-sized space and a newly refurbished bathroom. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The central location made it super easy to explore Bitburg. I loved the spacious room, which had a newly refurbished bathroom that felt fresh and comfortable. Parking was available right at the hotel, a huge plus when exploring nearby attractions. Although breakfast had a delicious variety, including local specialties, the service was chaotic and understaffed. The exterior of the hotel looked better in photos than in real life, and the lack of a lift was an inconvenience, especially with the stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite some operational hiccups.

The room I had was pretty comfortable with good-sized space and a newly refurbished bathroom. The bed was nice, so I slept well. It's a bummer there’s no lift since the stairs can be a bit much, but they were manageable. Also, the outside looks better in photos than in real life, which was kinda disappointing. Still, the central location is a huge plus with restaurants close by.
